HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

While we typically process orders quickly (within 24 hours), please reach out to us right away with your name and order number if you need to make any changes. While we can’t guarantee we can make the change after your package has been shipped, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request and ensure you get your items on time.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Once your order is placed, we aim to get it to you as quickly as possible! Our processing time is typically between 1 and 3 business days, with most orders being processed within 24 hours. In rare cases when our warehouse is exceptionally busy, it might take up to 3 business days, but rest assured that we’re working hard to get your order to you as fast as we can.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

After you place your order, we’ll make sure it’s packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. For U.S. customers and international destinations like Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, shipping takes approximately 5-25 days.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages to ensure the safe delivery of your items. In some cases, these packages might arrive 1-2 business days apart, but don't worry – everything will get to you as soon as possible!

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:

We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but in the rare event that an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you right away and let you know when you can expect it to be back. If we don’t expect the item to be restocked within 2 weeks, we’ll automatically refund you for the unavailable product – making sure you don’t miss a beat!

ADDRESS CHANGES:

We understand that life can change quickly, so if you spot an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. While we can’t guarantee we can make changes once your package has been shipped, we’ll do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you correctly and on time.
